Staris of No Point - empty

Always look on the bright side, no matter how far away from the sun you are.

Stairs of No point - on a tree-1

I’m more impressed on how they managed to build the stairs up there, not so much the stickman’s dilemma of getting apples. It only makes sense if it’s a really old and sturdy tree, doesn’t it?

Stairs With No Point - On a really high building

Maybe they just had one spare and didn’t know where to place it…

Stairs of No point - On a car

Kind of an awkward situation to be in… but at least we can hope it’s green.

The “Shoe-hole” smile

Shoe smilev2Although it might seem to be quite a sad world for these creatures… the shoes keep showing off their  happy mood in the hallway.

The “Empty-toothpaste” smile

Toothpaste v2No matter how much you’ll squeeze him in the bathroom, he’ll keep on smiling…

The “Ten-to-two” smile

Clock smilev1In the living room the clock just can’t hide it’s happiness at ten to two.

The “Banana-in-the-fruit-bowl” smile

Fruit smileNo matter where you are, the world keeps on smiling…  Just have a look in the kitchen and I bet you at least one of the fruits are happy.

The Crocodile vs the scissors

the croc

This should be a walk through for the scissors. After injuring one of his legs in the game against the hair clip the crocodile have had huge problems with his movements. It was merely by beating the clock he managed to squeeze through to this round.  The scissors on the other hand looks strong and have a clean record against the crocodile in all their previous games.  Now when the crocodile also is injured he shouldn’t be much of a threat for the scissors semi finals spot.

The Blowfish vs the balloon

the blowfish v1

Both of these competitors now each other well. Not only being very good friends on the sideline but also being old training partners they know each other moves and tricks inside out. This  will be a though and even game which can go either way. However my money is on the blowfish.

The worm vs the thread

Posted in Quarter finals: Animals vs Various comparable things by bigfatfingers on August 18, 2009

the wormThis is the biggest surprise in the tournament so far. That the worm would come face to face with the thread so far in to the competition was highly unlikely looking at the friendlies before the tournament started. The worm have however shown much improvement as the tournament have progressed and the determination of the thread shouldn’t be underestimated. That’s something the snake bitterly had to experience previous to this game. May the best competitor win.

The Elephant vs The vacuum cleaner

Posted in Quarter finals: Animals vs Various comparable things by bigfatfingers on August 16, 2009

the elephant

This will be a tough one… After beating the straw in extra time in the first round the elephant have had a rather easy run up to the quarter finals. He completely dominated the game both against the pump and the airco and maybe now it’s time to see what he’s really up for. The vacuum cleaner on the other hand have shown both strength and stamina in his runs up to the this quarter final. How he strategically maneuvered the giant anteater is still one of the highlights from this tournament so far so let the game begin.
